The location of Pestana is exceptional, making it easy to access all major tourist attractions by foot. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, with special mention to Marilyn at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. My room, while compact, was very comfortable and equipped with useful amenities like a coffee machine and a good quality hair dryer. The bathroom was well-stocked with quality toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise.

Some noise from the street was disruptive during the night.

On a busy street, it could get noisy, but the windows were surprisingly soundproof. Overall, it’s great value for the price, despite a couple of inconveniences.

staying at pestana was a delight! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the hotel decor was cool, especially the cr7 touches throughout. it's in a fantastic spot close to the theaters and times square, and the gym was a nice bonus for our family.
